มูลนิธิเพื่อนศิลปะ ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปี 2005 เป็นมูลนิธิไม่แสวงหาผลกำไร มีจุดมุ่งหมายหลักอยู่ภายใต้แนวคิดที่เชื่อว่า ศิลปะการเต้น ไม่เพียงเป็นแค่ศิลปะที่แสดงออกมาทางร่างกาย แต่ยังเป็นศาสตร์ที่สามารถพัฒนาทั้งร่างกายและจิตใจ รวมถึงความนึกคิดของมนุษย์ วิถีชีวิตและวัฒนธรรมอันหลากหลายของผู้คนได้เช่นกัน ผ่านการศึกษาและเรียนรู้ศิลปะการเต้น มูลนิธิเพื่อนศิลปะ สนับสนุนและพัฒนาวงการศิลปะการเต้นในประเทศไทย รวมถึงการสร้างโอกาสให้กับเยาวชนและบุคลากร ผู้มีความมุ่งมั่นในการเป็นมืออาชีพ โดยการจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆ เพื่อให้ทุกคนได้มีโอกาสสร้างเสริมประสบการณ์ไปยังระดับสากล ขณะเดียวกันก็ต้องรักษาเอกลักษณ์ความเป็นไทยภายใต้กระแสโลกาภิวัฒน์

อานันท์ ปันยารชุน ดำรงตำแหน่งประธานกิตติมศักดิ์ของมูลนิธิเพื่อนศิลปะ มุ่งสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือเชิงวัฒนธรรมกับองค์การทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ เพื่อพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ แนวคิด และเพื่อเป็นเวทีนำเสนอรูปแบบศิลปะการเต้น รวมถึงการนำการศึกษาและความรู้ด้านศิลปะการเต้นในระดับสากลมาปรับ และประยุกต์ให้เข้ากับศาสตร์และศิลป์ของไทย



The Friends-of-the-Arts Foundation was established in 2005 as a non-profit organization. The primary goal underlines the belief that dance is not only a form of body art, but also a discipline that can enhance the human physique, psyche, thoughts, lifestyle, and diverse cultures. By studying and learning dance, the Art Bridge Foundation supports and develops the dance art scene in Thailand. It also creates opportunities for youth and professionals committed to pursuing a professional career by organizing various activities. These aim to offer everyone a chance to enhance their experiences at the international level while maintaining Thai uniqueness amid globalization.

Anan Panyarachun presides as the honorable chairman of The Friends-of-the-Arts Foundation, focusing on building a network of cultural collaboration with both local and international organizations. The aim is to develop knowledge, and concepts, and offer a stage to showcase forms of dance. Additionally, it strives to adapt and apply global dance education and knowledge to align with Thai arts and science.

The Friends-of-the-Arts Foundation supports and develops the dance art scene in Thailand, as well as creating opportunities for young people and personnel who are committed to becoming professionals. This is achieved by organizing various activities, including practical seminars and dance performances for new-generation dancers, professional dancers, and foreign dancers. These initiatives aim to provide everyone the opportunity to enhance their experience to an international level.
