หอศิลป์ ณ บ้านเจ้าพระยา ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปี 1916 โดยพระบาทสมเด็จพระมงกุฎเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว รัชกาลที่ 6 พระราชทานวังและที่ดินส่วนนี้แด่พระวรวงศ์เธอ พระองค์เจ้าคำรบ พระนามเดิมว่าหม่อมเจ้าคำรบ ปราโมช (ภายหลังรับตำแหน่งอธิบดีกรมตำรวจนครบาลคนแรกของไทย) และพระองค์เจ้าคำรบสิ้นพระชนม์ในปี 2482 จึงตกทอดถึงทายาทเรื่อยมาจนกระทั่งไม่มีผู้สืบทอด จึงได้ให้เช่าอาศัยเพื่อทำประโยชน์เรื่อยมา

ปัจจุบันกลุ่ม ปตท. ได้อนุรักษ์บ้านเจ้าพระยาแห่งนี้ให้เป็นที่จัดนิทรรศการผลงานที่ได้รับรางวัลในการประกวดศิลปกรรม และใช้เป็นพื้นที่จัดแสดงนิทรรศการผลงานของศิลปินที่มีชื่อเสียง หรือศิลปินรุ่นใหม่พื้นที่โดยรอบอาคารหอศิลป์ ณ บ้านเจ้าพระยา ได้รับการปรับปรุงตกแต่งใหม่ให้มีความงดงามสามารถใช้ประโยชน์เป็นลานกิจกรรมศูนย์แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ และจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชนในย่านใกล้เคียง รวมถึงสินค้าชุมชนที่กลุ่ม ปตท. ร่วมสนับสนุน ซึ่งจะผลัดเปลี่ยนหมุนเวียนกันมาจัดแสดงและจำหน่าย



The Art Gallery at Ban Chao Phraya was established in 1916 by King Rama VI. He bestowed this palace and land to His Royal Highness Prince Kamrob, originally known as Mom Chao Kamrob Pramoj (later holding the position of the first chief of the Metropolitan Police Department of Thailand). After Prince Kamrob passed away in 1939, the property was passed down through generations until there were no heirs, and it was subsequently leased for beneficial purposes.

Presently, the PTT Group has conserved this Chao Phraya house as a venue for exhibitions of award-winning artworks and as a space to display the works of renowned artists or new generation artists. The surrounding area of the Art Gallery at Ban Chao Phraya has been beautifully renovated to serve as an activity square, a learning exchange center, and a market for selling community products from nearby neighborhoods, as well as community products supported by the PTT Group. These products will be rotated for display and sale.

หอศิลป์ ณ บ้านเจ้าพระยา ได้ร่วมกับ บริษัท สานพลัง วิสาหกิจเพื่อสังคม จำกัด จัดตั้งร้าน Café Amazon for Chance โดยมีบาริสต้าเป็นผู้พิการทางการได้ยิน เพื่อสร้างโอกาส สร้างรายได้และสร้างความเท่าเทียมกันในสังคม และพื้นที่โดยรอบอาคารสามารถใช้ประโยชน์เป็นลานกิจกรรมศูนย์แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ และจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชนในย่านใกล้เคียง รวมถึงสินค้าชุมชนที่กลุ่ม ปตท. ร่วมสนับสนุน เพื่อสนับสนุนชมุชนใกล้เคียง



The Art Gallery at Ban Chao Phraya, in partnership with Social Enterprise Power Weaving Company Limited, established Café Amazon for Chance, staffed by baristas who are hearing-impaired. The aim is to create opportunities, generate income, and promote equality in society. The area surrounding the building can be utilized as an activity square and a learning exchange center, as well as a market for selling community products from nearby neighborhoods, including community products supported by the PTT Group, to support the surrounding communities.
