มูลนิธิรากแก้ว เป็นองค์กรไม่แสวงหาผลกำไร ที่บูรณาการความร่วมมือระหว่างภาคการศึกษาและภาคส่วนต่าง ๆ เพื่อส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนกระบวนการเรียนรู้นอกห้องเรียน ผ่านการลงมือปฏิบัติจริง ส่งเสริมการพัฒนาทักษะ ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และแรงบันดาลใจให้นิสิตนักศึกษาพัฒนาโครงการที่ตอบโจทย์ปัญหาเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และสิ่งแวดล้อมของชุมชน โดยใช้ความรู้ทางธุรกิจและแนวคิดผู้ประกอบการ สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs)

นิสิตนักศึกษาจะได้เรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์จริง เข้าใจปัญหาสังคม และพัฒนาทักษะต่าง ๆ ผ่าน โครงการ Enactus ประเทศไทย ซึ่งเป็นกระบวนการเตรียมความพร้อมสู่การเป็นผู้นำรุ่นใหม่ที่มีจิตสำนึกในการช่วยเหลือสังคม พร้อมขับเคลื่อนการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างยั่งยืน ด้วยแนวคิดผู้ประกอบการเพื่อสังคม

พันธกิจหลักของมูลนิธิ คือ การส่งเสริม สนับสนุน และสร้างกระบวนการเตรียมความพร้อมให้เยาวชนเป็นผู้นำรุ่นใหม่ที่เข้าใจปัญหาสังคม มีจิตสำนึกเพื่อส่วนรวม และสามารถนำความรู้ ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และศักยภาพที่มี ไปพัฒนาโครงการที่เสริมพลังชุมชน เพื่อสร้างผลกระทบเชิงบวกต่อเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และสิ่งแวดล้อม และช่วยลดความเหลื่อมล้ำในสังคมไทยอย่างยั่งยืน



Rakkaew Foundation is a non-profit organization that integrates collaboration between the education sector and other key stakeholders to promote and support experiential learning outside the classroom. The foundation empowers university students to develop their skills, creativity, and inspiration through hands-on projects that address economic, social, and environmental challenges in local communities. These projects are grounded in business knowledge and entrepreneurial thinking and aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Through Enactus Thailand, students gain real-world experience, deepen their understanding of social issues, and enhance their skill sets. The program equips them to become socially conscious young leaders who drive sustainable change using business and social entrepreneurship approaches.

The foundation’s core mission is to foster and support the development of youth into new-generation leaders who understand social issues, possess a strong sense of social responsibility, and can apply their knowledge, creativity, and potential to create community-empowering projects. These efforts aim to generate positive, sustainable impacts in economic, social, and environmental dimensions, while helping reduce inequality in Thai society.

มูลนิธิรากแก้ว มุ่งสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ยั่งยืนในทุกมิติของสังคม ผ่านการพัฒนาเยาวชนให้เป็น "ผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงรุ่นใหม่" ที่มีความเข้าใจในปัญหาสังคม และสามารถใช้พลังของ ธุรกิจเพื่อสังคม เป็นเครื่องมือขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาอย่างครอบคลุมในทุกเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs)

นิสิตนักศึกษาที่เข้าร่วมโครงการจะได้ลงมือพัฒนาโครงการจริงในชุมชน ซึ่งช่วยส่งเสริมการศึกษา ลดความเหลื่อมล้ำ สร้างรายได้ให้กลุ่มเปราะบาง พัฒนาสุขภาพและความเป็นอยู่ เสริมพลังเยาวชน ส่งเสริมการใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างยั่งยืน รวมถึงสนับสนุนความร่วมมือระหว่างภาคส่วนต่าง ๆ เพื่อสร้างผลกระทบเชิงบวกที่ขยายวงกว้าง
