มูลนิธิศูนย์ชีวิตใหม่ ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปี 1987 เป็นองค์กรไม่แสวงหาผลกำไร ดำเนินการให้ความช่วยเหลือแก่หญิงชาวเขาซึ่งมีความเสี่ยงหรือถูกเอาเปรียบ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นจากการค้ามนุษย์ การใช้ความรุนแรงในครอบครัว การล่วงละเมิดทางเพศ และการบังคับใช้แรงงาน มูลนิธิให้การดูแลแก่ผู้หญิงที่เป็นชนกลุ่มน้อยตลอดทั่วภูมิภาคลุ่มน้ำโขง (ประเทศไทย เมียนมาร์ จีน และลาว) ซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มเสี่ยงหรือตกเป็นเหยื่อของการค้ามนุษย์ การบังคับใช้แรงงาน และการละเมิดทางเพศ

New Life Center Foundation was established in 1987 as a non-profit organization working to assist at-risk or exploited hill tribe women, whether through human trafficking, domestic violence, sexual abuse, or forced labor. The foundation cares for women from minority groups throughout the Mekong River region (encompassing Thailand, Myanmar, China, and Laos), who are at risk or have fallen victim to human trafficking, forced labor, and sexual abuse.

Supaporn Chanmanee, the chairman of the foundation, collaborates with the Thai government and international organizations to provide legal assistance, psychological care, and help in repatriation.

The projects of the New Life Center Foundation include:

• The Hill Tribe Women's Business project, which is a training program designed to develop work skills for business endeavors.

In 2017, the foundation supported and aided 4,300 individuals from minority groups, providing them with assistance, rehabilitation, and care for their physical and mental health.
