EarthSafe อินทรีย์วิถีไทย ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปี 2003 จัดตั้งขึ้นจากการทำงานเชิงรุกเพื่อผลักดันสังคมการเกษตรที่ดีและมีความยั่งยืนต่อผู้คนและต่อผืนดินไทย กว่า 20 ที่ผ่านมา พัฒนาและประยุกต์ใช้ มาตรฐานอินทรีย์วิถีไทย มาตรฐานการเกษตรที่คงไว้ซึ่งอัตลักษณ์ของประเทศไทย วิถีชีวิตของไทย การมีส่วนร่วมของเกษตรกร ตลาด และผู้บริโภคตั้งแต่ระดับท้องถิ่นถึงระดับนานาชาติ โดยใช้หลักภูมิสังคมและศาสตร์พระราชาเป็นรากฐาน

สัณหจุฑา จิราธิวัฒน์ ผู้ก่อตั้ง EarthSafe อินทรีย์วิถีไทย มีวิสัยทัศน์ที่จะจัดตั้งเครือข่ายต้นแบบแห่งการพัฒนากระบวนการเกษตร ซึ่งมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลเป็นที่ยอมรับทั้งในระดับชาติและระดับสากล ซึ่งต่อมาถูกเรียกว่า ครอบครัว EarthSafe อินทรีย์วิถีไทย ภายใต้กรอบความคิด "ความสุข ความรู้ พร้อมแบ่งปัน"



EarthSafe was established in 2003 from proactive work to promote a healthy and sustainable agricultural society for the people and the land of Thailand. Over the past 20 years, it has developed and applied the 'Organic Thai Way' standard, a set of agricultural practices that maintain Thai identity and lifestyle. It includes the participation of farmers, markets, and consumers from the local to the international level, based on the principles of geo-social and the King's philosophy.

The founder of EarthSafe, Sanchat Jirathivat, has the vision to establish a network of agricultural development models that are efficient, effective, and widely recognized at both the national and international levels. This later came to be known as the EarthSafe Organic Thai Way Family under the framework of the concept "Happiness, Knowledge, Ready to Share".

การทำงานของ Earth Safe เรื่องความมั่นคงทางอาหาร ปลูกพืชอาหารที่ไม่มีสารเคมีใดๆ และเพื่อรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อมที่งดงามของแผ่นดินไทย ให้ความรู้และถ่ายทอดความรู้เรื่องมาตรฐานอินทรีย์วิถีไทย มาตรฐานแห่งการใช้ศาสตร์พระราชา ด้วยทฤษฎีบันได 9 ขั้น เพื่อให้เกษตรกรไทย และคนไทยที่มีหัวใจเดียวกัน คืนชีวิตให้แผ่นดิน ได้มารวมกันเป็นครอบครัว มาทำงานร่วมกันเพื่อพึ่งพาตนเองอย่างยั่งยืนและสามารถถ่ายทอดความรู้ให้กัน ให้เกษตรกรไทย และคนไทยที่ต้องการมีวิถีชีวิต วิถีไทยที่พอเพียง ตามรอยพระบาทเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงอย่างยั่งยืน โดยอินทรีย์วิถีไทยได้รวมกลุ่มเกษตรกรออกบูธเพื่อขายผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ดี ปลอดภัยให้แก่สังคม สามารถสนับสนุนสินค้าเกษตรกรได้ตามบูธจัดแสดงสินค้าเกษตร



EarthSafe's work focuses on food security, cultivating food crops without any chemicals, and preserving the beautiful environment of Thailand. They provide and pass on knowledge about the Organic Thai Way standard, the standard of using King's philosophy, with the 9-step ladder theory. This is done in order to bring together Thai farmers and Thais who share the same passion, to rejuvenate the land and form a family. They work together towards sustainable self-reliance and can share knowledge with each other. This is for Thai farmers and Thais who want to live a sufficient Thai way of life, following the path of His Majesty's Sufficiency Economy, sustainably, through the Organic Thai Way.

The Organic Thai Way has gathered a group of farmers to set up booths to sell good and safe products to society. You can support farmers' products at their agricultural product exhibition booths.
