ประชาชนเบียร์ ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปี 2019 มีจุดมุ่งหมายที่ต้องการแก้กฎหมายเพื่อให้สุราชุมชนได้สานต่อเจตนารมณ์ของรสชาติและชีวิตของผู้คนในประเทศไทย ท่ามกลางข้อจำกัดของกฎหมาย มีความใฝ่ฝันที่อยากจะเห็นเสรีภาพในการกินดื่มของคนไทย และการสร้างอาชีพจากการทำเหล้าเบียร์ของประชาชน ทิศทางแรกคือขยายแนวร่วมให้คนได้เข้ามาร่วมกิจกรรม ให้ความรู้ มีคอร์สสอนการทำเบียร์ สอนกฎหมาย สอนเกี่ยวกับการชิมและการดื่ม

ธนากร ท้วมเสงี่ยม ผู้ก่อตั้งประชาชนเบียร์ จากคนธรรมดาที่อยากต่อยอดธุรกิจเรื่องคราฟต์เบียร์ แต่กฎหมายทำให้ไม่สามารถที่จะทำธุรกิจเบียร์ในประเทศนี้ได้ จึงเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของความต้องการที่จะเปลี่ยนแปลงและเรียกร้องให้มีการแก้ไขกฎหมาย ที่จะเปิดช่องให้คนในสังคมสามารถประกอบอาชีพ 'คนต้มเบียร์' ได้อย่างถูกกฎหมาย และนำไปสู่การรวมตัวของคนดื่ม คนต้ม และคนขายคราฟต์เบียร์



Beer People was established in 2019 with the objective of reforming laws to allow the alcohol community to continue the tradition of taste and the lifestyles of the people in Thailand amidst the legal restrictions. They dream of seeing the freedom in Thai people's drinking habits and creating careers by making community beers. The first approach is to expand the alliance, inviting people to join activities, imparting knowledge, offering courses on brewing beer, understanding the law, and teaching about tasting and drinking.

Thanakorn Tuamsangiam, the founder of Beer People, started as an ordinary person wanting to expand the craft beer business. However, due to legal constraints, he couldn't establish a beer business in the country. This became the starting point for his desire to change and advocate for legal reforms, opening up opportunities for society to legally take up the profession of "beer brewing". This has led to the unification of drinkers, brewers, and craft beer sellers.

เราขยายแนวร่วมและมีการสอดแทรกกิจกรรมให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการผลิต กฎหมาย และการกินดื่มควบคู่กันไป เราจะรวมทุกแนวร่วมให้มาเจอกัน ทั้งคนทำเหล้า เบียร์ สาเก สาโท ทุกอย่างที่เกี่ยวกับเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ ทุกคนเกิดความเข้าใจในสิ่งที่เราสื่อสาร และขับเคลื่อนในทางของตัวเอง โดยมีเป้าหมายใหญ่คือการแก้ไขกฎหมายและการรักษาผลประโยชน์หลักของประชาชน



We expand our alliance and intersperse activities to impart knowledge about production, the law, and drinking, all going hand in hand. We will bring everyone in the alliance together, including those who produce spirits, beer, sake, and any other alcoholic beverages. Everyone understands the message we communicate and drives it in their own direction, with the primary objective being the reform of the law and the preservation of the main interests of the public.
