ค่ายเยาวชนเชียงดาว เกิดจากกลุ่มอนุรักษ์ลุ่มน้ำแม่ปิง ด้วยหวังว่าการปลูกจิตสำนึกจะช่วยฟื้นฟูธรรมชาติให้กลับมาสมบูรณ์ยั่งยืน

นิคม พุทธา ประธานกลุ่มอนุรักษ์ลุ่มน้ำแม่ปิง และผู้ก่อตั้งค่ายเยาวชนเชียงดาว ตั้งใจให้พื้นที่นี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งซึ่งสร้างโอกาสในการเรียนรู้ธรรมชาติ ปลุกความตระหนักถึงสภาวะธรรมชาติที่กำลังถูกทำลายจนนำไปสู่การเปลี่ยนแปลงเชิงพฤติกรรมในการใช้ชีวิตอย่างระมัดระวัง และหันมาช่วยกันปกป้องธรรมชาติพื้นที่ราว 20 ไร่เชิงเขาดอยหลวง ด้วยหวังว่าการปลูกจิตสำนึกจะช่วยฟื้นฟูธรรมชาติให้กลับมาสมบูรณ์ยั่งยืน ซึ่งกิจกรรมที่ค่ายเยาวชนเชียงดาวจัดขึ้นเพื่อให้ทุกคนได้สัมผัสธรรมชาติ เช่น

• ค่าย ด.เด็กเดินป่า ในช่วงต้นเดือนมกราคมและตุลาคมของทุกปี
• การเดินธรรมในป่าเชิงนิเวศภาวนา เพื่อเรียนรู้ทางจิตวิญญาณและคืนสู่วิถีที่อยู่กับธรรมชาติ
• ค่ายหลุดโลก
• ค่ายชีวิตสำหรับผู้ใหญ่ เพื่อทบทวนช่วงเวลาที่ผ่านมาในชีวิต และวางแผนว่าชีวิตต่อไปจะเป็นไปอย่างไร กิจกรรมเดินป่าเพื่อศึกษาธรรมชาติ



Chiang Dao Youth Camp originated from the Mae Ping River Basin Conservation group, hoping that cultivating consciousness can help restore nature to its sustainable fullness.

Nikom Putta, the chairman of the Mae Ping River Basin Conservation Group and the founder of the Chiang Dao Youth Camp, intends for this area to be a part of creating opportunities for learning about nature, awakening awareness of the state of nature that is being destroyed leading to behavioral changes in living cautiously, and helping to protect nature on an area of about 20 acres along the mountainside of Doi Luang. The hope is that cultivating consciousness can help restore nature to its sustainable fullness. Activities at the Chiang Dao Youth Camp are organized so that everyone can interact with nature, such as:

• Kids Walk in the Forest camp in the early months of January and October every year.
• Walking meditation in the forest for environmental learning, understanding spirituality, and returning to the way of living with nature.
• Escape the World camp.
• Life Camp for Adults to review past life and plan for the future. Forest walks for nature study are also included in the activities.

ค่ายเยาวชนเชียงดาวจะมีเด็กและเยาวชนทั่วประเทศมาทำกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ทุกปี นอกจากเด็กๆ แล้ว ยังเปิดพื้นที่ให้คนทุกวัย เพราะการเรียนรู้ไม่มีขอบเขตทั้งพื้นที่และเวลา เราสามารถถ่ายทอดวิถีชีวิต ธรรมชาติให้ผู้คนกว่า 100 คนที่สนใจเข้าร่วม



Chiang Dao Youth Camp hosts children and teenagers from across the country for learning activities every year. Besides children, the camp also opens its grounds to people of all ages because learning has no boundaries in terms of space and time. We are able to transmit the way of life and nature to more than 100 people who are interested in participating.
