YoRice Amazake เป็นธุรกิจเพื่อสังคม สาเกหวานไร้แอลกอฮอล์จากภูมิปัญญาอาหารของญี่ปุ่น สู่เครื่องดื่มเพื่อสุขภาพจากข้าวพื้นบ้านไทย ที่ช่วยเหลือพี่น้องเกษตรอินทรีย์ ส่งเสริมข้าวพันธุ์ไทยและแก้ปัญหาอาหารขาดแคลนในค่ายผู้อพยพ มีความตั้งใจที่จะแปรรูปข้าวหัก (ข้าวที่ไม่สวย คนไม่กิน ถูกนำไปใช้เลี้ยงสัตว์ทั้งที่ยังมีประโยชน์ครบถ้วน) จากเกษตรกรพื้นบ้าน มาสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มด้วยการเพิ่มคุณค่าในตัวผลิตภัณฑ์เอง เพื่อต้องการเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการแก้ปัญหาเรื่อง Food loss, Food waste ให้กับสังคมไทย และสังคมโลก

YoRice Amazake is a social enterprise introducing Amazake, a sweet non-alcoholic beverage from Japan's culinary heritage, as a health drink made from indigenous Thai rice. The business supports local organic farmers, promotes Thai rice varieties, and addresses food shortages in refugee camps. It intends to add value to broken rice (rice that is considered imperfect and typically used for animal feed, despite its nutritional benefits) sourced from local farmers by enhancing the product's intrinsic values. The aim is to contribute to solving issues of food loss and waste in both Thai society and the global community.

Varadol Poraamnuay, the founder of YoRice Amazake, aspires to increase awareness and appreciation of the value of Thai rice and products from organic farming, which have significant health benefits. The emphasis is on environmental factors, promoting the use of natural, eco-friendly ingredients, creating employment opportunities for local communities, and focusing on the quality of life and sustainable living of people in society. This includes supporting education, fostering skills, and developing life skills for child and youth caregivers. YoRice Amazake serves as a source of information and a platform for sharing knowledge that aligns with the needs and expectations of the community and society at large.
