มูลนิธิป่าเขตร้อน ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปี 2003 เป็นองค์กรไม่แสวงหาผลกำไร ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการอนุรักษ์ป่า สัตว์ป่า ต้นน้ำลำธาร ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ และคุณภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมของประเทศ สนับสนุนให้ประชาชนที่อยู่ในบริเวณพื้นที่ใกล้เคียงพื้นที่เขตอนุรักษ์ หรือประชาชนทั่วไป ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการอนุรักษ์ป่า สัตว์ป่า ต้นน้ำลำธาร และสนับสนุนให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ และผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องทำหน้าที่ตามภารกิจอย่างมีประสิทธิผล ปัจจุบัน รตยา จันทรเทียร เป็นประธานมูลนิธิป่าเขตร้อน



Tropical Forest Foundation was established in 2003 as a non-profit organization. It promotes and supports the conservation of forests, wildlife, watersheds, natural resources, and the environmental quality of the country. It also supports awareness among the local communities residing near conservation areas or the general public about the importance of conserving forests, wildlife, and watersheds, and encourages officials, staff, and stakeholders to perform their duties effectively according to their missions. Currently, Rattaya Chantatiar is the president of the Tropical Forest Foundation.
