มูลนิธิศูนย์พัฒนาทักษะอาชีพสเตปส์ ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปี 2019 เป็นศูนย์​ฝึกทักษะอาชีพและร้านกาแฟในกรุงเทพมหานครและภูเก็ต เพื่อให้เยาวชน (ซึ่งบางส่วนเป็นผู้มีความแตกต่างด้านการเรียนรู้) ได้รับทักษะที่จำเป็นที่จะนำไปสู่สายอาชีพ นักบำบัดของเราทำงานร่วมกับชุมชนในวงกว้างเพื่อส่งเสริมเด็กและเยาวชน จุดมุ่งหมายหลักคือการช่วยให้ทุกคนสามารถมีชีวิตที่มีเป้าหมายและความภาคภูมิใจ

Steps Community was established in 2019. It serves as a vocational training center and a coffee shop located in Bangkok and Phuket. Its mission is to provide youths (some of whom have learning differences) with the necessary skills for their careers. Our therapists work with the wider community to support children and youth. The main goal is to help everyone live a life full of purpose and pride.

Max Simpson, the founder of the Steps Community, has a mission to create a bright future for trainees and to inspire businesses, schools, organizations, or individuals throughout Thailand. He is committed to reinvesting all profits back into the organization to create sustainability and growth. This approach ensures that the communities we work with have the opportunities they deserve.

We believe in gaining diverse work experiences before deciding on a specific career path. We offer various job opportunities such as office work, website design, animal care, and jobs in coffee shops, restaurants, and hotels.
